Interview with

VCU Head Coach, Mike Rhoades

Question : Question for all three of you guys. What was the biggest thing that you guys improved on facing them last year against this year since Mason has came off, kind of a big star and you guys still lead them by at least?

Answer : Yeah, I mean, they're very good ball screen. So that was a huge emphasis like Cal said, you know, we don't have a list of 10 or 10 or 15 plays or no those ball swing defense and pressure ball and then guarding without guard your yard. guard the ball as best we can. And offensively It was really shooting the ball Don't hold the ball, Coach policies teams on defense, they're they're really good when they can load up on the ball and keep the ball in one place. We want to make sure you use them, move the ball and that's what else reversible big guys that can move around and control them and still be aggressive.

Answer : I think our disciplined was the key especially in ball screen coverage and we knew coming onto the game we need had to play with aggression

Question:  Both of you guys. I know last week what was hard with the TCU and today was tough, but what did you guys think that you may have improved on as a team even though it may have not shown on the scoreboard? Was there anything individually or you guys think as a team that you did better today?
Answer :  i would say our toughness towards the second half, found a way to grind out in  the lead at a minimum so I feel like we fought We didn't have the outcome we wanted.
So we got to take it one game at a time and focus on our next opponent.

Interview with

George Mason head coach,

Dave Paulsen

Question:  Coach On the stats Jordan and Xavier lead the team in minutes
talk about their development on what they've done so far this season.
Answer : Yeah, I think those guys have done great
which is which is really, you know, a tribute to him. He continues to grow as a player
and I think he's got more room to grow.
in Jordan again and even Jordan play, you know, Jordan was in the first half as well. And he passed back and was aggressive and it took care of the ball three assists, zero turnovers. So I think those guys are continuing to, to grow an ethic they know they belong and they can play with anyone.
