Game one recap former New York Yankees Pitcher Michael King started game one of a three game series in San Diego as The Miami Marlins came into town after playing The Miami Marlins and The Padres just played The Arizona D-Dacks and The New York Yankees prior to this series. Michael King was drafted by The Miami Marlins in 2016 then was traded to The New York Yankees along side Caleb Smith and Garrett Copper. Michael King was now facing the team that drafted him back in 2016. Michael pitched five innings allowed one run and struck out a total of seven batters. The Padres won the first game with a final score of 2-1. The run scored by The Marlins was by Jazz Chisholm Jr. after hitting a homerun in the third inning. The Padres scored their two runs in the second inning by hitting a homerun in the seventh inning and later on their closer, Robert Suarez came in for the save.

San Diego Padres Won 2 out 3 games in the Series against the Miami Marlins
Game two, The San Diego vs The Miami Marlins had Padres starting pitcher Matt Waldron who has a 4.26 ERA for the season pitch. He pitched his best outing of the season in a night game vs the Marlins. Padres starting pitcher pitched seven innings striking out a total of eight Maimi Marlins batters. The Marlins starting pitcher would give up no runs Later, another former Cubs pitcher, Wayne Peralorta came in and set an MLB record and a Padres record for not allowing a run in conserved pitched and breaking to a total of games. He would get a Gatorade bath from former teammates and a standing ovation from The Padres Fans.
Game 3 Series
Final game of the series had a 1:10pm start time as Japanese pitching Legend Yu Darbish started the game for The Padres vs The Marlins. Yu pitched a total of three inning in the loss to Miami. He joined The Padres after being traded from The Chicago Cubs in the 2021 season. He joins another superstar from Korea, shortstop Hu Su Kim. Marlins starting pitcher struck out a total of two Padres' batters and The Marlins offense was lead by Josh Bell and Jesus Sanchez. The Padres won the series 2-1 and will play The Diamondbacks in their next series.
The Miami Marlins will play The Texas Rangers in their next series.
Jeremiah Estrada came in and set an MLB record and a Padres
record for not allowing a run in conserved pitched and breaking to a total of games.
