Last time we left off covering The University of Maryland, we were up in New York at Yankee Stadium. Our first coverage of Maryland Terrapins football for the 2022 season is Maryland vs The Purdue Boiler, makers in week six of the 2022 season. Here are some post game quotes from both teams after Saturday's game.

"Sure, number one, we'll start off, obviously giving credit to Purdue. tremendous job. Whoa, Coach team, as we call. This was one of the one of these type of games a 60 minute game. They did the things necessary to win. We had a lot of things that go our way today. But the thing I love most that we never stop fighting, and that's something that I think we'll be able to build on. We have plenty of opportunities to win this game on the field with with our play that looked out all the other stuff that I'm sure if I want to talk about, we had plenty of opportunities on the field to win this game and we just got to execute and take advantage of those opportunities. As I told our team, there's a lot of football left to be played. Are we disappointed you sure because we'd let one slip away. You get credit. Our crowd showed up for us today. They were a major role and we didn't get done but I can tell you that there's a lot of football to play. There's no quickness team. I saw they're disappointed, but they also that we left some out there that we can control this type of effort. I'm confident we'll be back on the right track"

"Look forward to getting back home in front of our fans where they've been tremendous all year so it'd be great to get back into a home game. Always want to learn from last game for it to do that. As we proceed forward. And that question we have a good week of practice. You got to talented football teams coming up to wins that it's always had a lot of talent and great size and look the part to get really good players think they've simplified some things in their plan and we played good football so we're gonna have to practice well be really hungry this week to improve and come ready to play".
